Mizuho seeks a Graduate Analyst for the Equity Sales team. This role provides broad exposure to the institutional equities business. You will work closely with senior sales professionals, traders, research analysts, and regional stakeholders.

Support senior team members in servicing institutional clients through preparing client presentations, market updates, trade ideas, and sales materials. Monitor equity markets, corporate news, and research publications daily. Assist in distributing equity research and market views to clients effectively.

Requirements

Expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026 from a degree qualification
Eligibility to work in Singapore
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Japanese due to frequent detailed communication with Japanese clients
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under time-sensitive conditions

Responsibilities

Support senior Equity Sales team members in servicing institutional clients
Assist in preparing client presentations, market updates, trade ideas and sales materials
Monitor equity markets, corporate news, and research publications
Assist in the distribution of equity research and market views to clients
Support the team in IPOs, secondary offerings, and equity capital markets activities
Work closely with Equity Trading and Execution Services to facilitate trade execution
Coordinate with regional teams to support client activities and events
