As a Junior SDR Analyst, you work closely with the Commercial Intelligence team that generates qualified leads. Your focus is qualifying these leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and ensuring commercial process fluency. This role demands agility in lead engagement and pipeline management.

Your day involves qualifying leads from Commercial Intelligence, engaging prospects to schedule seller meetings, and updating the sales pipeline with all interactions. You meet goals for lead qualification and meeting scheduling while providing quick feedback to the intelligence team. Expect a hybrid model with one day in-office in Pinheiros, SP, on a 5x2 schedule Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in CRM (Salesforce) or similar to manage and update sales pipeline
  • Lead qualification techniques for efficient qualification
  • Written and verbal communication for clear, persuasive emails, messages, and phone interactions
  • Market research and prospecting using tools like LinkedIn and Google
  • Sales pipeline management to organize and prioritize leads effectively
  • Familiarity with videoconference tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work with sales goals and KPIs for lead generation and meeting scheduling
  • Excellence in customer service to engage leads and create positive experiences

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads generated by the Commercial Intelligence team
  • Engage qualified leads and schedule meetings with sellers
  • Maintain the sales pipeline updated and register all interactions

  • Provide agile feedback to the Commercial Intelligence team
