Remote · Full-time · $50,000 – $70,000

About this role

Arpio is building the next generation of disaster recovery for the cloud. Modern enterprises face growing threats to cloud applications beyond just data. Our best-in-class SaaS offering protects entire AWS infrastructure from catastrophic downtime.

As an Arpio SDR, you'll own the top of the funnel, prospecting into IT and security teams to surface gaps in backup posture. You'll book meetings that turn into real pipeline, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with founders. This role offers real ownership and influence on company growth.

Day-to-day involves high-volume outbound via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, targeting IT Directors, CISOs, and infrastructure owners. Run personalized multi-touch sequences focused on DR pains like ransomware, compliance, and migration risks. Qualify inbound leads and follow up on events to convert intent into meetings.

Conduct sharp discovery to uncover urgency on RTO/RPO targets, DR tests, and incidents, while mapping stakeholders across IT, security, and finance. Log activities in CRM, test messaging, and share insights to build the outbound playbook. Join a small but mighty YC W21 team passionate about tackling hard problems.

Your performance drives pipeline that funds our next growth stage, with ambition to progress into an Account Executive role. Work directly impacts how we scale in B2B SaaS sales for cloud resilience.
