As a Business Development Representative, assertively contact prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and meetings. Research accounts, identify key players, and contribute to pipeline growth using tools like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, and DiscoverOrg. Collaborate with sales team and management to meet company-wide goals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience with new customer acquisition including cold calling and appointment setting
  • Speaks German on native level
  • Good English language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced talking to C-level decision makers
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, and DiscoverOrg

Responsibilities

  • Assertively use phone, email, and other sales and marketing tools to contact potential customers and generate interest in LumApps
  • Generate meetings with new potential customers and contribute to pipeline growth as a leader in the sales team
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Record and track activities, leveraging tools like Salesforce CRM, Prosperworks, LinkedIn, and DiscoverOrg
  • Collaborate with management on meeting company-wide goals and targets
