About this role

Avvoka is a platform built for the next generation of legal drafting, helping lawyers, deal teams and commercial leaders create, negotiate and manage complex contracts faster and smarter. As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the frontline of the revenue team, driving pipeline growth and shaping how prospects first experience the brand. You’ll engage with senior legal, commercial and operations leaders across global law firms and enterprises.

You’ll research, identify and segment target accounts across key industries, understand customer pain points like legal operations and workflow challenges, and build tailored messaging sequences. Own outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn and events, while qualifying inbound leads with speed and structure. Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, maintaining accurate CRM records.

Join the Growth department as a Junior Individual Contributor, reporting to the Sales Manager in a hybrid setup at WeWork Waterloo. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and align on ideal customer profiles. Thrive if curious, commercially minded, motivated by targets and excited to transform an industry ready for change.

Provide structured feedback on prospect needs and market trends, suggest improvements to messaging and tactics, and support experimentation with new channels.
