About this role
You are an agile, creative, and collaborative Sales Development Representative looking for your first break within Sales or a chance to grow your Sales career in the tech industry. Drive new business relationships by connecting with potential clients who have expressed interest in Docusign. This individual contributor role reports to the Sales Development Manager, EMEA.
Achieve your SQO quota by spending about 80% of your time on the phone contacting prospective businesses from inbound lead flow. Educate potential customers on Docusign offerings and gain insight into their business needs. Use targeted questions and natural rapport building skills to understand client strategy and Docusign contributions.
Provide qualified, informative leads in the CRM database for Account Executives to pursue and schedule initial liaison meetings. Thrive in a hybrid role dividing time between in-office and remote work with minimum 2 days per week in the Munich office. Access to an office location is required.
Bring fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills, and passion for engaging new people. Preferred traits include multitasking in a busy role, track record in outbound sales, confident communication, organizational skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with passion for engaging new people
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, challenging role taking ownership
- Track record of success in outbound sales or business development role
- Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
