About this role
The primary responsibility for Business Development Associates is to generate and acquire new business by creating dialogue with Senior Executives across various industries in Fortune 500 companies. You will introduce DB&A business model and strategically schedule business meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales in specific territories. This full-time position is based in corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Serve as an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador for DB&A while introducing the business model and consulting services. Articulate the value of professional services to C-level executives and successfully schedule and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales. Independently research and update established prospect database while meeting daily sales goals.
Work in a positive and empowering environment where employees work together and help each other to be successful. Enjoy flexible start times across three available shifts, half days on Tuesdays and Fridays, and no weekends required. Maintain daily accountability standards and manage time effectively.
Start with a base salary of $53K for the first 3 months, progressing to $55K as Business Development Representative, $61K as Manager, or $85K as Specialist based on performance. Earn bonus potential of $200-300 per appointment set and held, with uncapped commission potential. DB&A offers comprehensive benefits including 100% paid employee medical premiums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma required
- Proven track record of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Documented B2B sales expertise
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience utilizing and updating CRM database – Salesforce experience a plus
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
