About this role
Seven Hills Hospital is a 134-bed psychiatric facility providing high-quality care for adults, geriatrics, and adolescents with behavioral health and chemical dependency issues. Located in Henderson, Nevada, it features a state-of-the-art medical facility near the Las Vegas Strip and Lake Mead. As part of Acadia Healthcare, the role expands lines of service by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and key sources.
Collaborate closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and management to generate referral sources. Develop strong relationships with key referral sources and identify opportunities for partnering and growth. Manage leads and ensure an efficient admissions process for clients.
Coordinate with the clinical assessment team on referrals based on facility services. Educate patients, families, community groups, and referral sources on programs, services, and amenities. Travel frequently within the community to schedule meetings and build contacts.
Document activities in contact management systems like Salesforce to optimize results. Develop events and educational forums to demonstrate programs and identify potential referrals. Represent the facility in professional forums while maintaining existing relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field required
- Two or more years’ experience in sales and/or marketing required
- RN or clinical license
- Valid driver's license and maintain automobile insurance coverage
- Access to an automobile where facility requires
- Experience developing referral relationships in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with contact management systems like Salesforce
