About this role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll primarily develop and maintain features for our core app, API or internal tools. You assist in optimizing new and existing algorithms that make operations run smoothly. These systems support growth from users, drivers, and orders across over 120 cities in Southeast Asia.

You will implement and launch scalable systems to build new products, features, and services. Simultaneously, improve existing ones to handle expanding scale. Day-to-day involves ensuring backend details enable easy scaling and expansion.

Work in a startup environment requiring the ability to juggle many tasks while staying organized. Communicate frequently with the tech team on updates or changes. Detail-oriented approach is crucial, especially for backend scalability.

Grow by learning new technologies and frameworks quickly to support company expansion. Be flexible, self-motivated, and demonstrate a keen willingness to learn with a positive mindset. Application process for Class of 2026 takes place officially between March-May 2026.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering (2026 Graduates)
  • Keen interest in software development using Java/NodeJS/Golang (Backend)
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Frontend)
  • Familiar with relational/in-memory databases e.g. MySQL
  • Flexible, grow, and learn quickly in a startup environment
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Keen willingness to learn and positive mindset
  • Knowledge in Python, Java and interest in big data for Data Engineer track
