Work with the Business Development team to identify, connect, and onboard new clients. Engage in cold calling, client communication, and virtual meetings to convert leads into opportunities. Execute and track email campaigns for lead generation while meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Plan, assign, and guide your team of interns to achieve weekly and monthly goals. Collaborate with business development teams to develop growth strategies and improve outreach. Focus on marketing campaigns and team management in a dynamic consulting environment.

Learn the ropes of business consulting while driving real results. Build skills in client acquisition and lead generation as part of a go-getter team. Contribute to extraordinary outcomes through ambitious outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026 (preferred)
  • Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Prior BD, marketing, or sales experience is a plus
