About this role
You identify potential B2B customers through research, analysis, social media, networking, and other channels to generate qualified leads. These leads can place offers via targeted performance and branding marketing campaigns on employee benefits portals. This role launches your sales career dynamically.
Conduct qualified conversations to understand needs and challenges of potential customers. Schedule sales discussions for Sales Managers, coordinate them, and prepare everything. Pre-qualify leads by assessing needs and potential to match company criteria.
Work closely with the Sales Team to share information on potential brand partners and support the sales process. Capture, maintain, and update customer data in Salesforce CRM while creating reports on lead generation progress. Thrive in an uncomplicated startup culture where your opinion counts.
Enjoy flexible hours up to 20 per week or 40 during semester breaks with hands-on mentality. Develop skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. Benefit from great entry opportunity including potential takeover with strong performance.
Requirements
- Studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar focus at university or applied sciences university
- At least 3rd semester of Bachelor's program or starting Master's
- Communication talent with confident and friendly demeanor
- High initiative, independence, and careful working style
- High service orientation, hands-on mentality, independent and structured working
- Experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Very good German skills; good English skills advantageous
Responsibilities
