About this role
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the driving force behind growth in the Middle East, creating the first spark in relationships with potential customers and shaping the future of sales success in the region. This role provides hands-on experience across Sales and Marketing. Work closely with teams across the business to build a career with limitless potential in a fast-growing market.
You’ll report directly to the BDR Manager based in London and work in a hybrid model, three days a week in the Dubai office, alongside a passionate, high-performing regional team. Manage inbound and outbound opportunities through creative outreach and meaningful conversations. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand challenges and position solutions effectively.
Build detailed market insights and strategic plans by conducting research and tracking performance metrics to refine your approach. Foster strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams for alignment. Collaborate with Marketing to maximize ROI from regional events, digital initiatives, and content efforts.
Represent Tricentis as a brand ambassador with energy and professionalism, becoming the trusted first point of contact for prospects. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
- Demonstrable strength in English communication, both verbal and written, with Arabic considered a plus
- Experience working in a professional B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to engage with prospects through multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
- Proficient in using Salesforce and SalesLoft or equivalent sales engagement platforms
- Experience in SaaS sales or marketing preferred
- Familiarity with the UAE and wider Middle East market is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunities by taking ownership of leads and proactive prospecting initiatives for the Middle East region through creative outreach
- Lead engaging discovery calls by conducting in-depth sessions with prospective customers to understand challenges and position solutions
- Drive strategy through insight by building detailed market insights, preparing account documentation, and tracking performance metrics
- Foster collaboration and trust by developing strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams
- Partner with Marketing to maximize ROI from campaigns, regional events, digital initiatives, and content marketing efforts
- Be a brand ambassador by representing Tricentis with energy and professionalism as the first point of contact for prospects
