Headquartered in Paris, we have offices in Dubai, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. We provide Salesforce CRM Implementation and Cloud Consulting services across the Gulf region.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing and high-performing team. The BDR will identify and qualify potential clients, support the sales team, and help build a strong pipeline of opportunities. This entry-level role suits those eager to launch a career in sales within a technology-driven environment.
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails and social media to generate qualified leads. Research competitors, leads, prospects, customer base, company history, market and industry trends. Identify potential clients across channels like LinkedIn and market research, then schedule meetings.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads and opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns for lead generation and market expansion. Continuously learn about company products, industry landscape, and Salesforce CRM while supporting sales with presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
- Excellent time management and organization
- Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure – Able to handle challenging situations
- Active listening skills – Creativity
- Basic understanding of sales processes, and CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Research competitors, leads, prospects, customer base, company history, market and industry trends
- Identify potential clients across various channels (LinkedIn, market research)

- Schedule meetings with potential leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating leads and expanding market reach
- Continuously learn about company’s products/services, the industry landscape, and Salesforce CRM
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
