Join our two-year Graduate Program in Perth to apply your Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering background.

Deliver opportunities across diverse sectors including Water, Facades and Sustainability, Urban Development, Building Engineering, Building Services, Road and Rail. Tackle real world challenges with hands-on experience while assisting Senior Engineers. Work locally in Australia and New Zealand connected to global expertise and projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in a supportive environment. Maintain compliance with industry standards through documentation, data analysis and quality assurance. Thrive in multidisciplinary teams shaping cities, transport, energy and the built environment.

Requirements

  • Available to start in February 2027
  • Recent Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about solving complex problems
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings
  • Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Gather and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes
  • Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects
