About this role

We’re hiring curious, impact-driven graduates to join our Aarhus team and help clients connect business processes with technology. If you’re finishing your master’s this summer or have up to two years’ experience, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll work on digital transformation projects from day one.

Tasks include mapping and improving core processes like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, and record-to-report. Translate business needs into solutions in ERP suites such as SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/AX 2012. Support PMO activities, facilitate workshops, build clear analyses, and present insights to stakeholders.

You’ll be surrounded by a supportive team offering mentoring, certifications, and hands-on client work to ensure a great start. We have room for everyone at Implement, welcoming extroverts and introverts alike. Value teamwork and close client collaboration to develop the consulting craft.

Joining Implement in Aarhus means creating meaningful impact with leading Nordic clients in a people-first culture. Enjoy a steep learning curve with coaching, certifications, flexibility, and Nordic peers to spar with. Build a career at the intersection of business and technology.
